Yes, I admit it, I wanted this phone so bad I preordered it along with a new cell phone contract which I had to get anyway. I should mention I'd never owned a smartphone before so this was kind of a big thing for me. Opening this little neat Apple package was like Christmas AND birthday on the same day! First thing about the iPhone 5 compared to the older versions: yes, it is way thinner, which I like. The other thing, the bigger screen makes it taller which at first glance seems to be a good idea, BUT: you can't easily reach the icons in the upper row of the screen with your thumb anymore which turns out to be not that convenient… mh, but who am I kidding, let's face it, the new iPhone is still awesome!!
 First thing I did after activating it was making a neat little sleeve for it. I think I've mentioned before that I tend to drop things so that was kinda urgent :) My other cases don't fit because of the fact that this phone is slightly taller, so I had to get the new measurements and start all over. |  Other than that it's exactly the same design as the others, it has a pull tab with a piece of ribbon attached that lifts the phone out of its case. Now I just have to get started and make more of these for other happy iPhone 5 owners :-) |
