I wanted to learn to sew when I was around 10 and used a hand-me-down until I got a sewing machine for Christmas when I was 13. It took off from there. Thanks for hosting!

I started to sew by hand when I was a young child and the sweet older lady who lived next door, Mrs. Rose, taught me how to sew for my folks. I picked up sewing as an addiction when I was 25 and pregnant with my first child. I have never sewn a wallet, and I only have one, bcause I can never find one that is "just right". I am thinking sewing wallet could finally bring me "wallet perfection".

I don't remember when I didn't sew! I bought my own sewing machine when I was in high school, I took it to college and had it set up on my desk.Every apartment we lived in while my husband was in school had a designated sewing corner and lastly, we knocked out a wall, put 2 rooms together for my sewing room. Thanks.
